When I import photos to RealityCapture, RealityCapture changes the rotation of the images even though the photos are the right way.
How do I rotate the pictures to be the right way?

Highly possible you have in camera setting AUTOROTATE IMAGES, for next time DISABLE it.
RC take EXIF info on rotation. Try to use Adobe Bridge or etc to see how they are loaded as Windows is not taking this info for displaying the images.
