my team and I are working on a project that involve the new metahuman and zero density’s reality editor.
we plan on creating a realistic human from the latest version of metahuman, and use it in the reality editor, to be broadcast live.
is it possible to export the latest version of metahuman from UE5, and import it into reality editor?
since reality editor is basically using unreal 4.27, is it possible to import the latest metahuman from UE5 into unreal 4.27?
Basically to make it short, i want to use metahuman with the mesh function (that only can be use on unreal 5) into unreal 4.27
anyone have experience with this?

I don’t think it is a problem
just you can’t use MH4 and MH5 in the same project
if there is already an mh4 in the proj it will break the mh5 when you import

we are trying to use all features from metahuman 5 (live link, rigged, etc) export it all together, and get it into the UE4.27 / reality editor
is it possible?
make sure you have no metahumans in a blank production project with your plugins enabled
use bridge or drag the exported mh5 into the project and enable any missing plugins
it should work.
@fazruljalaluddin have you ported metahuman from 5 to 4 ungine successfully? I’m facing the same question, but just copying files doesn’t do the job.
