Importing Meshes with Nanite on for my HDA to Unreal

Hey all so my question is about Nanite, im not an advance user of unreal though but i made an HDA in houdini which uses some meshes as instances. While they seem to align perfect in houdini but when i import the same mesh to unreal with nanite option on it messes the shading/alignment and i dont understand why. Any suggestions as to what i should look for in my settings or export?
