Importing materials/objects from Quixel/Sketchfab turns into white surface

On my local setup when I want to download and apply a material from Quixel / Sketchfab on the screen then it turns into white surface (object creation bar not started), and I cannot change this white surface even from Texture changer, default T_Generic_BC.T_Generic_BC file is re-setted always.

Tried out (both trial and EDU) TM version: 2022.2.3, 2023.1.2, 2023.2.2

Setup: WIN10, Radeon RX6600, 16GB RAM, AMD Phentom II X4 965 CPU

Custom paths are set to default C:/ drive related ones, and also Twinmotion is installed on C:/ drive.

Related scenario:

  1. TM 2022.2.3 open, logged in with EG account
  2. Add Awe Chair to the screen
  3. Download a Megascan surface ( Old Rotten Wood)
  4. Try to apply it on the chair
  5. Object creation bar not started
  6. White result
