Importing LiDAR Terrain

Hi, I am part of a surveying company that uses UAV LiDAR, Terrestrial scanning and photogrammetry techniques to create digital twsins (point cloud format). However we want to get into Virtual Reality and hyper realism. To do this we want to import our accurate and detailed Point clouds (DEM, TIFF) into Unreal as the terrain and then import the trees buildings etc.

I have tried a number of ways but getting quite stuck, can anyone help please?

Use a different engine Private,

Hyper Realism, VR, and Epic go together as much as motoroil and drinking water.
With a sideorder of puke, since thats exactly what happens when one eye is at 5fps and the other at 2.

Performance and carpet-cleaning concerns aside, neither of those file formats are listed as supported point cloud file formats, so first step for experimentation would be converting them.
