Importing FBX

Whenever I try to import a character from Blender, Unreal crashes. Ive watched many tutorials and everything seems right on the blender side of things. Does anyone have some good tutorials to try? Anyone have any advice? This is my first time making a skeletal mesh so anything would be helpful.

Try to export SK_mannequin.
open in blender. Export again as FBX, and import to unreal to see if it crashes.

if it doesn’t crash the issue is your model.
first thing to do is to make sure your model is proper. Material slots, weight paint, armature parenting. Etc.
