Importing E57, nothing happens

I have a scan from a SX12 scanner. In TBC I trimmed out the point cloud to include just the features I want to bring into Reality Captures, and then saved that out as a E57. When I go to import the E57, I tell it that it is already registered, yes georeferenced, select the correct coordinate system, color, noise free, and output with original files.

It tells me that it has finished, and nothing happens. There is no output file, and no scan in reality capture.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi LaserScans,
I see that you also opened a ticket with our support. The issue will be solved there.
But your scan has to be structured (you need to know the laser scans positions, you can check it in CloudCompare and you need to see TLS/GLB stations there) or your intensity is under or upper needed values for RealityCapture (0.03 - 1)
