Importing character with separate section

Hi. I am trying to import skeletal mesh into ue4.
The character file have separate meshes, but when imported into ue4, it is combined into one section. I need separate sections to apply cloth. I would appreciate any help from you guys.

Hello, i think im too late to solve your problem, but this can help other people i guess. I was having this same issue last night, and i solved it by giving in autodesk maya a diferent material to each part of the character that i wanted to be a section, and then importing it on UE4
