Importing blender character + animation doesn't import animation

I’m attempting to import an animation of a character from the game “Roblox” from Blender into Unreal Engine, the problem is that the skeleton, skeletal mesh, textures, and everything else except for the animation itself imports.

I’ve attached a .blend file with a basic test animation to see if anyone is able to successfully import it and walk me through what I might be doing wrong.

MY basic process is to export as FBX, do the proper transformations (x forward, z up,) turn off “add leaf bones,” and disable “NLA Strips,” and “All Actions.”
Once I’m in UE5, all I change while importing is disabling “Import Only Animations.”

Following other cases through the community, Blender and Unreal do have a tendency to clash with each other in different scenarios, specially animations.
