Importing Animation From Marvellous Designer 10 into UE5 and Texturing

Hey Guys, First time posting here as I am relatively new to Unreal Engine.

I am trying to import and texture an animated alembic file from Marvellous designer 10. When I import it as a static mesh, I can separate a few pieces of the material to texture a separate color. This is done in the modeling tab under the MatEdit tool. As you all probably know the static mesh isn’t animated but when I import it as a geo Cache all of the modeling tools and the one I need (MatEd) is all greyed out. I was wondering if there’s an easy way to go about texturing a few different pieces of the garment, (pocket, Belt, Patch, etc)
