Forgive me if this should be a simple thing… I don’t have much experience with UE yet. I’m trying to import a camera animation that I made in modo. I found an old youtube video on importing it into a matinee sequence and was somewhat successful doing that. However in that instance my camera was pointing in the opposite direction. The animation came through but I couldn’t figure out how to point the camera in the right direction.
But after doing a bit more googling and reading I see that I “should” be able to import the animated camera fbx file into sequencer. So in sequencer I created a new camera, right clicked and selected my animated-cam.fbx file. When I click open it then puts a sphere (which isn’t in the fbx file) in the center of my view and no transform data is applied to the camera. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks.
