Importing a rigged Blender Animation into UE5

Hi,

I am working on a project in UE5 to create animations for a vehicle, I have created a rig in Blender for the movement as required for easy transfer into UE, however in Unreal the positioning of the rig gets absolutely destroyed and nothing sits in the right spot for the animation, what’s the easiest way to fix this?

The images attached show the problem I’m running into once importing the file into UE5, in Blender the rig has no issues with working.

In my experience, you have to do the positioning in Model Space, meaning in relationship to the Root Model, otherwise the animations will work in World Space.
