Imported model is very low poly, but looks high poly in Inspector

Any ideas as to why my models import into UE5.3.2 as very low poly, but when Mesh or Normals inspected are as they should be - high poly. Changing or recomputing makes no difference and I’ve tried every possible import FBX tweak/combination and have changed my normals inside Maya. It doesn’t seem a Normal issue, it’s like UE is implementing some LOD thingy. You can see in the last wireframe image when the mesh is imported it’s remeshed to a low poly model, and then when it is Mesh Inspected it contains the HiPoly.
