Imported MetaHuman animations not correct

This is probably super simple for someone with more experience doing this, at least that is what I am hoping, but I am having some problems getting retargeted animations in from MoBu. When ‘sending’ them to Maya everything looks right, but coming out of MoBu and into UE they get a little wacky. I’ve tried baking to skeleton and control rig, but it comes in the same. I’m selecting the metahuman base skeleton, maybe I should be choosing another skeleton?

I also saw somewhere that you need to export animations from the rig in Maya, but I haven’t built a body rig yet. Might it be this?

Exporting out of Maya using FBX2018 seems to work, although the downside is that unless there is some trick I don’t know, you end up having to export one anim at a time.
