Imported mesh has wierd transforms in animation

I have a custom mesh that I skinned to the ue5 manny skeleton in maya. I imported the mesh and a quick test animation, and I get very wierd transforms added that I dont know where they are coming from. Example:

Other meshes work fine for the same animation

Any thoughts? I have no clue where this wierdness is comming from
