Imported FBX animation doesn't play

Hello, everyone.

I’m trying to import some WoW models into my project as a placeholder, so that I don’t need to animate everything myself. The workflow that USED to work with 4.18 was as follows:

  1. WoW Model viewer to export the mesh and animations to FBX
  2. Import FBX in 3ds Max, orient the mesh and trim animation length (some times animation doesn’t loop properly)
  3. Export everything back to FBX with “Animations” checked
  4. Import the resulting file in UE4 (mesh, skel, animations)

So that used to work until 4.19 came out, but I guess that it’s just me being stupid. What happens now is animation doesn’t play, I mean it still has the desired number of frames and stuff but the mesh itself is stuck in T0 pose. And 3ds max FBX export setting “Bake Animation” didn’t seem to do the trick also.

I have attached and example of an FBX file which I’m having issues with. This file is generated by WoW Model Viewer.

I have the same problem, any luck fixing it?

I have the same problem but I tried to download and launch your FBX file, and your character is running in my UE4 … Your animation is working on my pc …
