Imported animations from blender have weird jumping in the animation

When i export my animation from blender and import it in unreal my hands haver weird jittering, this makes my animations

I am using the Rigify Rig in Blender to animate.

Open the animation curve inside the blender and observe the translation/rotation of the keyframe. I can see your animation yawing 360 degrees quickly there. I might be wrong, but it’s worth checking this first.
