Imported Animation doesent play correctly

Hello, I tried to import an animation from Blender into UE5 and one of my Bones just turned ca. 90 Degree: After I researched and found nothing I tried to Make the Animations again in UE5, but the same Bone Somtimes made a additional 360° Rotation, when it should just change the Position.
I would be happy if anybody could solve one of my Problems, preferable the Frist, because so I dont have to remade everything.Thank you
