Important License question that I need clarification on

I am a visual effect artist and I bought this huge pack from unreal market place that contains a bunch of noise textures, sprites, material and meshes. It has made my life 10X easier and quicker when creating Niagara VFX. My first question is: Can I publish a game with those assets I bought? Second question: If I work with a brand deal can I use those assets to help me create VFX? And last question: Can I sell a game (not the assets) with those assets?

Second question: If I work with a brand deal can I use those assets to help me create VFX?

if I recall correctly assets are linked to using the unreal engine. using them themselves maybe a breach of the license.
