Import YCB dataset as meshes

Hey :),

I am currently trying to import some objects of the YCB Dataset into Unreal Engine. They provide laser scan data, meshes and textured versions of the objects. However, I do not know how I can import these files into Unreal Engine such that I can use them as a static mesh.

I think I need to somehow generate a .fbx file out of these data. Does anyone know how to do that?
I have seen some people using it, so I think it should definitely be possible.

Since that’s an obscure format, you’re going to have to find a 3D software that can open it and then convert it to a format that UE4 can import.
