Windows 10 and Nvidia RTX 3090 uptodate ;

Import with direct link is impossible between Revit 2022 and Twinmotion 2021.1 or 2022.1.

No file appear in the import menu, the little 3 points start nothing ....

(id in admin mode and with another resolution)

To be able to better help you, I would suggest that you use the "Contact us" button so that a support agent can contact you directly.

  • Are you using the latest Datasmith plugin
  • Are both applications on the same computer?
  • Have you tried un-installing and re-installing the Datasmith plugin?
