Import Window only half visible

I am trying to import an FBX file to my Contents, but the pop up Import window is only half visible. The half that is seen is the right half of the window, so I can see the Cancel and Import buttons but cannot use the Import function as is. There doesn’t seem to be a way to drag the window, or resize it. And if I reduce the size of the Unreal screen, the Import screen still appears at the far left of my monitor, half visible…

I am having this issue as well, and I cannot grab from the top caption window either. Here is i pic
