Posing inside retargeter is a great feature by itself but considering most biped skeletons are in TPose for retargeting mainly, importing one to retargeter would be a good solution. Unlike Maya or Mobu, seems like Unreal doesn’t have a pose preference, 2 skeletons looking identical should be enough but doing A to T finger posing inside perspective viewport or single ortho. is a bit time consuming. 4 view orthographic split would be good, importing a pose asset would be a killer
Long storys short, I think we need a Import Pose Asset button right in this spot
