Import music from user's files while ingame

Hi!
I’m making a game, but I need to use music. For this, I can obviously add my own, but since this is a rhythm game, I want users to be able to use their own music.
I’ve searched far and wide, but as far as I’ve seen, there is nothing in unreal engine capable of reading into the users music folder, or at least for the user to be able to pick a file from any of his folder, and then import it to the engine for it to be used. Moreover, I haven’t found a way to then convert the files from mp3 to wav automatically for me, so they can be immediately used.
