import multiple fbx files at same time into auto created folder of same name

say i have 40 fbx characters i want to import at once.

femaleHero1
femaleHero2
maleHero1

and so on… i want each in its own folder once its imported with its respective textures and materials etc.

right now i create a folder and import one at a time to each folder. Would like to grab all 40 and import-all but have it create a folder for each so all the files are separated.
