Hey there, i have a model and animations stored in a upk file that i have been using with UDK for awhile now, is it possible to export the animations from UDK for use in unreal 4?
There is no upgrade path from upk files to UE4 asset files as the data for models and animation has changed significantly. If you have the original source art you can import that directly into UE4. If not you can try and export your model and animation out of UDK (right click on the asset and choose export) to fbx format and then import that into UE4.
ahh **** i dont have the original art and exporting the fbx doesnt have any animations, guess ill troll google for something similar, thanks
