Import 3dsmax vray to ue4 - crash

Hello,

in the beginning, I would like to say that I am new to UE4.
i use vray 3.6 in 3dsmax and vray (trial version 30days) in UE4
i would like to import my 3ds interior to UE4.
and try export by .vrscene exporter
I did everything as in the yt instruction (3Ds Max to UE4 | VRAY for UNREAL | FIRST LOOK - YouTube)

i import it in UE4 and when i have 99% program turn off and i have windows with information:

somebody can help me?

I do this with a few 3ds files.
If I import only a few furniture it is ok but if I want to import whole scene from 3ds max I have this error.
it isn’t so big scene one room no whole building.
