Implementing FMOD with UE4 examples

Hi, I would like to practice/learn FMOD and my sound design skills by recreating the audio for any of the UDK example projects such as Shooter Game, is there any way to delete all of the audio cues and start fresh with FMOD, or a modified example project with no audio. Also, would anyone recommend any other example projects that I could recreate the sound for apart from the FMOD/UE4 tutorial level, thanks.
