Images won't load in view

I have this issue…
The 2d view would display the image only after switching to 1D and back to 2D.
It would show the blue dots animation which means it is loading, but eventually it would stay gray.
Any more ideas?

This was discussed earlier and answered but the solution offered of resetting RC won’t solve this.

Hello what version of RC do you use ?
Does this happen with all projects or only with this particular project/images?

Version is 1.0.3.6310 RC,
It happens with all my projects.

My machine is maybe unusual, it’s an Amazon AppStream image builder virtual machine, running
Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard, 64-bit,
15 GB ram,
Graphic card is Nvidia Grid K520.

If it to be helpful. I can quickly give you access to the machine to inspect yourself, in private massage/mail

Currently we can not guarantee that RC will work properly through streaming services.

Does images load properly when you install RC on your desktop machine ?
