Hello,
is there a way to prevent an Image selection in order to have ground and aerial perspective images used in the same model? it seams that bouth groups of images work well alone but not in combination. I am trying to rebuild whole buildings with detailed fassades. proper mesh under baconies and trees aswell. Images do overlap to more than 80% in most cases. also tried same camera for both perspectives.
greetings

Hello,
you can disable an image by clicking the red X which appears when pointing your mouse into the image name line in the 1Ds view.
See also the tutorial Image multiselection in the Help section of the software: Help (SW documentation/manual)
Thank you for the fast reply. Actually, i am trying to achieve the opposite, to enable an image e.g. that was not considered by the program for reconstructing. when I load only ground perspective images e.g. they get reconstructed well. when I try to add additional images with e.g. data for roofs etc. the get ignored. am I overseeing something? My goal is to get this additional data in the model.

If you are trying to enable an image again, after having disabled it, just clicking the green plus which appears when pointing your mouse into the image name line in the 1Ds view.
When you add more images into the project, you need to run the alignment and so on again. If you are having trouble to put them together with the first load of images, the case may also be that there is too small overlap among them, or they are of lower quality… I would recommend trying to use control points to help the program link the images together.

Hi George Gueorguiev
can you post some screenshots for better understanding the issue ? That we are sure what is happening there and for further assistance solving this issue.
I guess that the change in camera position is too big from the ‘ground’ and 'aerial images.
You basically need “chains” of images to connect the different sets.
Or you can use Control Points…
