Image rigs and laser scans with the prior set to 'Exact' mode must be all aligned in a single run. Incremental adding is not supported.

Can you add there more information about your project and what are your repro steps?
Have you tried to align the data at once or change the Prior pose/Relative pose from ‘Exact’ to ‘Draft’ or Absolute pose from ‘Locked’ to ‘Position’?
