IMAGE PLATE DISSAPEARS after hitting PLAY

I’m trying to use the IMAGE PLATE plugin on my render cam.

I install the image plate plugin, I put the image plate inside my scene, I make it child to my camera and set the position and rotation.

The problem is that each time I hit Play, the Image Place relocates, changes rotation and unparents itself from the camera - hence it does not render in my camera frustrum.

Any solution to this?

OK I think I got It - writing to perhaps help someone else with a similar problem.
When inside the Level Sequence I changed the camera from SPAWNABLE to POSSESSABLE the image plate stays persistent.
