Hey, i’m making some RGBA textures (baking roughness into base colour alpha, and height into normals alpha channel) and trying to save some cash now my photoshop license has expired… Does anyone know some good freeware out there that will allow me to take a png height/roughness image drop it into/create an alpha channel in the base colour/normal png texture and output it as targa 32?
Any help would be great, thanks…

Been using this for a whole 30minute now due to 16bit color picker values.
Give it a shot. it’s on the slow side, but if you are looking to pack images in bulk because it offers a python interface you could possibly script actions and run it off command line over a whole folder
