Image Alignment Inside of UMG

Hi guys!

I have encountered an issue inside of UMG regarding Image alignment when it is contained within a Size Box and a Scale Box.

The Image contained within wouldn’t scale properly, so I had to put it in the Scale Box and set it “Scale to Fit X”. I also chose to use a Size Box to make sure that the correct aspect ratio is maintained with the Image.

This, however, has made it impossible for me to change Horizontal or Vertical Alignment inside of the Image or the Scale Box. I can choose to Align to the Right, but it changes nothing.

I am specifically trying to affect the 3rd box from the left, which contains the ] bracket.
The [ bracket in the 1st box happens to align how I want it, but I am unable to change that one either :frowning:

Is the center Size Box set to Fill?
Could you share a screenshot of the alignment settings for?

Hi, Arjun!

The middle box is only a Spacer and it is set to Fill 1.0, Fill Horizontally and Vertically.

Also, here are the alignment settings, based on the parent, child order.

These are the same for the box on the far right and changing ANY horizontal alignment settings has no effect. The Image just aligns itself to the left.
