I'm trying to set my location, but the map is greyed. Doesn't matter whether I'm working within an image, or I've quit media mode.
Is there anything else in Twinmotion that would obstruct or prevent me from selecting a location. I'm sure it's just some setting that is overriding the map but I can't figure out what.
One thing to check is to see if any of Twinmotion's remote services are being blocked, particularly for geopositioning. Make sure no services on our Twinmotion Requirements for remote services article are being blocked. If you're on a company network, you may need your IT group to check this for you.
Additionally, resetting Twinmotion's configuration by following the steps in our Twinmotion is not visible after splash screen page, may help if Twinmotion's installation or configuration may have encountered issues.
