As you can see in the documentation provided here, Epic’s policies regarding the use of Fortnite Creative and UEFN prohibit collaborating with other community members if the user is under 18 years of age.

There is no valid way to avoid these age controls. And if you do, your account may be banned.

U can create another epic account in your parents name if they agree, because u need to use tax info and other staff to verify the account .
