The scale of the audio volume is applied, but the scale value of the sound wave or sound queue is not changed by mouse drag. I’m asking if this is normal or a bug.

Ambient sounds work a little differently than audio volumes. You can’t adjust the volume with a simple scale. Instead, you will need to check “Override Attenuation”, then adjust the inner volume and the falloff distance in the details panel.
