I am having this issue right now. I applied on June 9th and the next day I was on step 2 and have been there ever since. Responses on two of my support tickets told me to activate my payout account before my application gets cancelled which was redundant because I am stuck on step 2 and have no such email. The third agent from live support said 4-5 business days and the last one said they do not have a timeframe, so I don’t know if I should just keep waiting or give up.
