I'm on ArchiCAD 25 and I can't get the Datasmith for ARCHICAD palette to appear! I have downloaded the proper Datasmith plugin version, used the Add-On Manager, see the Add-On checked, but clicking on Window>Palettes>Datasmith fails to show the palette.
The palette is NOT hidden under something or on another screen; I've looked.

Thank you for posting in the community your question. Since you already looked on another screen did you try moving the main Archicad window on the other screen to see if you could see the Palette show up on either monitor?
You can also try to load the default Work Environment that came with Archicad and then try to turn on the Palette once more. Remember to save your Work Environment settings if you need to go back or reference it. If this does not work please contact us directly so we can best investigate this issue further. Thank you, Vincent! I moved an ArchiCAD project to the main screen, set the Work Environment to Architectural Profile 25, and when I clicked on the Datasmith palette, I was able to see it. I then connected the project to TwinMotion and was able to import it. This is great - thank you again for your quick and effective reply!
I have encountered 2 issues since I successfully added the Datasmith palette. The main one is that I can't get the Twinmotion model to update after I make a change on the ArchiCAD model. The other one is that I have redundant Add-Ons. Regarding the Add-Ons: After my success on Friday, I deleted the downloaded Datasmith ZIP file and the ArchiCAD Exporter bundle folders. This caused the Add-On to not be found and the palette disappeared. I then re-downloaded the Datasmith exporter, unzipped the file, and moved the ArchiCAD 25 Exporter bundle to my Graphisoft > ArchiCAD 25 > Add-Ons folder. Then I opened the Add-On Manager and added this. With the Datasmith palette back, I exported the ArchiCAD model as a Datasmith file, opened Twinmotion, imported it, and that's when I found that changes didn't update. I also noticed that I have two Datasmith Add-Ons, and one is not found. Screen grabs are attached.
TwinMotion doesn't work on computers with macOS 12 Monterrey, does it?
Thank you again. Everything is now working properly. Since I'm on an iMac, it doesn't have the M1 chip and 2022.1 Preview 1 allowed the Direct Link to work.

Twinmotion 2022.1 Preview 1 is now compatible with Monterey we just have not yet made Twinmotion compatible with M1 chips but some users are able to work with the software without facing too many issues on those systems.
