I'm not sure if support works properly

Hello, I posted my message on https://eoshelp.epicgames.com/ two days ago and still have not received an answer. I checked other “fast answers” there and it is dated 2021. I’m not sure if it just take long for support to answer or this support is not functional any more.

My question was conserning the issue in my project. Screenshot is attached. I have no clue what this issue is related to. I filled all parts of my project. Please, advise. I’d like to proceed from stage 1 to stage 2 to make my game visible on the web store and start collecting wishlists.
