First time downloading this. I downloaded from the website and opened it. The pictures then shows what happens next. I have tried everything from uninstalling/ reinstalling to googling everything to see if I am missing something. Although there is a possibility that I missed something, any suggestions?
do U have the prerequisites installed ?
open up the installer again and chose the ‘Repair’ option. Install again and run the launcher .Then report back.
