I'm having problems with my map and Discover after Amazon crashed yesterday.

I hope all is well.
I’d like to report a possible issue with the Discover algorithm that impacted my island’s visibility and player flow after a global server outage yesterday, October 20, 2025.

Here are the main details:

Prior to the AWS/Epic server outage, our island was performing very well in Discover – it appeared in the “New Updates This Week” section, maintained a stable player count (over 50), and had high engagement (average playtime over 50 minutes, CTR ~4-5%).

After the servers went down and then came back online, the island never regained its Discover ranking and player flow, although the stats remained high.

We waited 24 hours after the outage, hoping for the Discover system to return to normal, but so far, neither recovery nor tagging has occurred.

This may indicate that our island’s data or searchability is stuck after an outage.

Could you please check whether the server downtime has affected the island’s visibility or ranking in Discover?

It would be very helpful to know whether the data needs to be reindexed or whether the map will automatically return to normal visibility soon.
