Im having issues cooking/packing a mod for Conan

I am completely new to modding & development, I have a question in regards to the cook process, after around 6 hours it got caught at what I am going to paste below, does anyone have any insight on how to deal with this?

However, I understand that I have to get in touch with funcom, but they do not have the greatest of tech support departments currently. Another reason why I ask here, is yes this may not be supported here, but it still is an unreal devkit where they may be similarities. So if someone was to look at the problem they may be able to give their expert opinion, yes, it may not be official, but it is a start in the right direction.

And when going through the help in the actual dev kit itself, it redirects you to here.

Unfortunately this isn’t something that we can offer support for. It’s interesting that the help option in the dev kit directs you here though. Could you provide me with a screenshot of where the help option is that directs you to Answerhub so we can see if that’s intended behavior?

It also brings me to the forums, and your wiki on how to use the dev kit, so from every avenue for help that I am looking for it directs me here. In every facet that you have for support.

It is really unfortunate that you cannot help in this instance, since out of many of the restaurants that I operate, if a customer came in and asked us to make a dish that we have all of the ingredients for, and we know how to make it, and just turn them away, saying we don’t allow this, I couldn’t allow that especially since we would have the tools and capabilities to do so, and to make a happy customer.

The only difference here is that it is code, and by the research last night on the forums that took me several hours to find some possible troubleshooting materials, you yourself was the one that was posting the help.

I am just looking for the dish that all of the capabilities are there, every direction I go points me back here, knowing full well the individual I am talking to, can help.

Ah, okay. So any version of unreal lists those options as the Help options because of the fact that they are built into the vanilla engine. However, we cannot support custom versions of the engine, as there’s no telling what people may have changed in the source code that could have created additional issues.

In this case, the Conan mod kit is a custom version of the engine used by Funcom for their game. This is something that they’ve likely made many changes to in order to get it functioning the way they needed for their game, and as a result this is not something that we provide support for.

If you notice in the logs that you posted, the issues are coming from Conan specific assets. If it were vanilla engine assets causing the issue, then I’d be glad to offer assistance, but unfortunately I cannot debug issues with assets from the mod kit. The help I’ve provided is for users who are working with Unreal Engine, rather than a heavily modified version of the software.

The best option here would definitely be to get in touch with funcom support using the link I provided in my original answers.
