I want to create a variant architectural presentation. When I tried to do a simple test, I couldn’t achieve the desired result. Since I couldn’t find a sufficient resource, I’d appreciate it if anyone could share details on where I might be going wrong and where I can find more comprehensive information on this topic. I will explain the steps I followed in detail.
-
I created a new project file.
-
In the Unreal Project Browser, I open a new ‘product configurator’ file and move the ‘ProductConfig’ folder into the project file I just created.
-
I import the project I designed in FBX format.
-
I create a LevelVariantSets and define the garden lighting.
-
I create a CameraTrack through the Actor and select CameraTrack under the ‘Actor to track’ option in the CineCameraActor settings. I also select Tracking in the Focus settings.
-
I assign the CameraTrack and CineCameraActor files I set up to the variants.
-
I add BPAC_CameraMotion into CineCameraActor.
-
I create a BP_Configurator and place it into the project area. In the settings, I select LVSActor for the Variant file and CineCameraActor for the Camera Actor.
-
When I press Play, the variant options I made do not appear.
-
When I press Stop, this error message appears on the screen.
Can you help me figure out where I went wrong?
