hellow all just a simple one, i am currently studying a deploma in interactive media and games though a group called evocca. at some stage in my course i am going to have to choose between the unity, UDK2014 or ue4 engine. iam planning on choosing ue4 because it has a bigger community as far as learning guides go. since i am a student i am only planning on paying for a subscription once getting the engine and downloading a few assets for the engine and renewing my subscription as updates are released i know thats cheap but well im a student. the main question i have for the unreal community is are there any links to a full compilation of ue4 assets and tutorials for me to download at once that any one would reconmend. thanks heaps for your time.
The assets for UE4 are downloaded using the UE4 launcher once you have subscription, there’s the stuff in the marketplace which has some free things and then there’s also some stuff in the Learning section.
For tutorials, most are on Youtube, if you want you can download from there using programs like 4K Video Downloader where you can just paste the youtube link in the program and it’ll allow you to download at full quality.
