I am currently working on a dungeon crawler type game and I’ve made a landscape that is basically a panning lava material. I want to give this the illusion that its infinite so it does not look like it snaps at a point. How can I achieve this, here is what I have currently:
If you make the landscape from a plane with a world aligned material on it, you can move it with the player, and they won’t be aware of it, because the texture won’t move.
How far can they walk? Are they always inside? etc…
