Ikinema license agreement - am i understanding this correctly?

Hi.

IKinema owns all title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights (including under registered patents) in the Code, the Tools and the Assets. You own all rights in the Products you develop under the License, other than the Code, Tools and Assets, Third Party Software. All rights granted to you under this Agreement are granted by express license only. No other license rights shall be created hereunder by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Just want to find out if im understanding this correctly.
If i use Ikinema i give over my rights to my assets i created, as in my models, rigs, animations to them?
Because it says And the assets.

Which assets is it referring to?

Yes it has some i believe. Do you reckon it refers to their own assets?

It’s referring to the assets that come bundled with Ikinema. Your assets are still your own.

Sweet. Signed up earlier, now just trying to get to grips with the software and making things work in UE4.
Hoping that once its done it will save some time.
