Ignore Rotation with attached non-character component

Hi,

i have attached a Scene Component to another Scene Component, but i want to ignore the rotation.
Ignore Base Rotation is just for Characters, but i need something similar to this for non-characters.

I have set the AbsoluteRotation= true.
