If I want to publish a mobile game app made in Unreal Engine, can I enter the landing page from the Google Play Store in the "Product URL" of the Release Form?

I don’t want to create a webpage for my game, so I don’t really have a Product URL except for the page in the Google Play Store. If the answer to my question is “yes”, theoretically I can only fill out the Release Form ( Release Form - Formstack) once my product has already been released, since I don’t have a link available before it is published in the Google Play Store…

Also, should I specify the Google Play Store as publisher?
