If I set the target SDK version to 34, interstitial ads won't appear. It appeared when I tested it by lowering the target SDK version 28. Is there any way to fix this?

When I set the target sdk version to 34, a black screen appears and goes to the background. When I set the target sdk version to 28, the test ads appear normally.

I don’t know what to fix.
